Wherever you are, you can create World Peace, Love and Great Health for Humanity and our earth, using a total of 9 minutes a day, which is distributed at 3 minutes 3 times a day. At New York time 8:00 am, 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm, please take deep, ongoing and relaxing breaths and start feeling extremely good and grateful for what you visualize for the following 3 minutes. For the first minute visualize and feel grateful for Peace and love in the world. Visualize everyone living in peace and harmony, men and women shaking hands and hugging each other with smiles on their faces, laughing, eating healthy food and happily having fun together, while honoring themselves with what they eat and do. People lovingly and in a nurturing manner accept each other with all their differences; also honoring, venerating and admiring their differences. Visualize people offering each other assistance, and assisting each other only when assistance is requested or accepted. Then for the next minute visualize and feel grateful for beautiful white, cold glaciers covering the Arctic, the Antarctic, Patagonia in Argentina, Mount Kilimanjaro and visualize all the other mountain peaks in the world that have snow and ice, remain covered with beautiful, white snow and ice. Visualize people planting trees where they live, parks being forested, many more trees in streets, more plants in people's homes, forest areas growing and expanding. Then, for the third minute visualize, feel good and feel grateful for what you want for yourself, the health you want for yourself, what you want to be doing with your life, how you want to live your life and all the things you want to enjoy and have in your life. Feel grateful for having all you want out of life, feel it is yours to enjoy. As you think, so shall it be.
